Sign in to VCM

VCM now uses Google sign-in through Supabase. Accounts on heritagepropertiesstl.com or hp-stl.com can be provisioned on first sign-in when they match current auth policy. Outside-domain Google accounts must be explicitly staged in the internal VCM user table before they can sign in successfully.
